About Lessons
In Alexander lessons, a student learns to undo unconscious patterns of chronic muscular tension and to rechannel that interference as energetically efficient effort. Through gentle manual guidance and verbal instruction, he learns how to access the spontaneous coordination that can facilitate everything we do, from skilled performance to being grounded and present in the moment.
